David "Dave" Howlett

David is co-owner of Next Generation Painting, LLC and the oldest of 7 siblings. David grew up helping his Dad, who is also a painter, with his projects. He has been in the industry for over 22 years. David decided to continue his passion for painting and along with Gideon decided to open Next Generation Painting, LLC. He enjoys going to church every Sunday and is a big sports fan.

Gideon "Gid" Howlett

Gideon is co-owner of Next Generation Painting, LLC and the youngest of 7 siblings. Gideon learned to paint at a very young age as well as he helped his Dad and eventually worked with David as he got older. Gideon loves to play pool, watch sports, and go bowling with his fiancé Samantha. He has two Pomeranians that he loves to play with.

Nathan "Nate" Howlett

Nate is our finish carpentry and siding expert, with over 10 + years of experience in the industry! He grew up in Whatcom County and enjoys spending time with his wife and kids playing outdoors.

Joshua “Josh” Howlett

Josh is our pressure washing expert at Next Generation Painting, LLC. Josh loves his job and takes great satisfaction in a job well done. He loves playing video games and taking his dog to the park on a sunny day.

Samantha "Sam" Holland

Samantha is our Office Administrator at Next Generation Painting, LLC. She is Gideon's fiance and has been working for the company for a little over a year now. Samantha likes to play with her TWO dogs and loves to travel to exciting destinations.

Stephen “Steve” Akers

Steve is a lifelong friend to the Howlett brothers and has been working for our company since 2016. Steve quickly rose up to his role as supervisor due to his diverse knowledge of construction and painting skills and procedures. Steve closely monitors all of our crews to ensure top quality of work. In his free time, he loves to golf and spend time with his family.

Teddy and Bear

Teddy and Bear are our resident shop dogs. They have been with us since 2017. Both dogs, although they look so different, are PomChis - a cross between Pomeranian and Chihuahua. Come visit Teddy and Bear at our showroom today!
